Life Happens…

As we moved out of the worst part of the pandemic, we were tasked with creating two new initiatives that would entice both new and returning customers to shop with Eyemart Express. We came up with two sustainable approaches that we hadn’t tried before. Instead of leaning into the promotions, we decided to lean into the customer’s experience. People always remember how you made them feel, and from that, Inner Thoughts and Life Happens were created.

TV Spot & Digital Assets

We wanted to show our customers themselves a realistic family. Kids are very active and live their lives adventurously to the detriment of their glasses sometimes. The goal was to let our customers know that Eyemart Express gets it and their kids are covered. I played a lead role in the conception, creative direction, and execution of all three spots.
